Ouch, I stepped on a milestone

Well, yesterday was June 18th, which marks three months of sobriety for me. The last day I drank was March 17th, which, for the rest of the world, is St. Patrick's Day. It just occurred to me today that (assuming I stick with this), every year on March 17th when I am celebrating another year of sobriety, the whole western world will be getting as drunk as humanly possible. Damn. I wish I'd thought that through a bit better.
