So my friend's boyfriend is moving to Winnipeg in September and is trying to find a place in the village with not much luck as he is trying to do it from Victoria. Can you guys let me know if there are any vacancies in your buildings or anywhere around you? Thanks again.

If he's willing to pay $823 a month, he can have Webb Place. We're still trying to get rid of it.
I know of a super nice young couple who have a house that they refinished on Balmoral (close to Osborne). I think they have a one bedroom floor of the house they are going to rent for around $550. It might be an option if they just want to rent month to month until they can actually see a place they like right in Osborne. Let me know if you want me to pass along a phone number.
